Mom arrested after son was reported walking alone

The House GOP just called, they’ve decided to make rules about what bathrooms people can use.

If you disagree with “govt control”, you should probably take that up with them
Bathrooms in federal buildings. Invite who you want into yours.

Why is it that so many of you refuse to acknowledge that even some Republicans love the idea of a nanny state? The Mitt Romneys and Adam Kinzingers and George Bushs and Liz Cheneys and Paul Ryans of the party all LOVE the idea of federal control of all aspects of American life. That's why the rest of the party has been trying to vote them out for so many ****ing years!
Ohh pure comedy:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:…. Under Trump's loyalties, the nanny state has taken over, getting under your bare skin. Be aware, more is coming in the next years..In addition to abortion legislation, voting restrictions, limitations on LGBTQ+ rights (including bans on drag queens in public spaces), and educational restrictions, the following can be mentioned:

  • Ban on certain dance styles: In South Carolina, there is a law prohibiting "obscene dance" in public spaces. While the law is old, it has recently been enforced more strictly, affecting nightclubs and events where certain dance styles are performed.
  • Regulation of hairstyles: In Texas, schools have implemented rules banning certain hairstyles, such as dreadlocks and braids.

Is this going to be one of those stories that changes when more details come out?

I know times have changed.

But have they changed so much that you are at risk of arrest for allowing your 10 year old son to walk less than a mile to town?
Not here. Kids are alone all over the place walking to and from school. They stop off at the parks to skateboard or talk or play chasing games. It is just like it was for me as a klid, one reason we moved here, for our kids to be able to be kids and not be paranoid of predators.

That’s good to hear.
