What did I cherry pick? I was describing the actions people can take...calling in a red flag OR physically confronting and detaining someone against their will. Do you not see the dangers and differences here? Please explain.

Yes right now. We are moving along with establishing concentration camps. Trump wants to ship inmates overseas. Following Trumps normal actions this means he knows he will not be able to ship inmates out of the country. Sets him up for concentration camps. They cannot deport Americans, which means sending them to concentration camps.

Next up for Trumps agenda: The Circular Decree on Preventative Crime Fighting by the Police. That will be the part where Trump asserted they were going to clean up the cities.

Ah, yes. Concentration camps - FDR was the last one to do something like that domestically with Japanese American people - and before that - Germany. The old hits just keep comin'!

I obviously oppose the proposed stupidity in Mississippi.

But going further regarding bounty hunting in general.

Bounty hunting is only legal in the United States and The Philippines.

Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Nebraska, Oregon and Washington have outlawed bounty hunting and commercial bail bonding.

Some States have regulated while in others it is a free for all.

In my own State of North Carolina, it is illegal for a bail bondsman to hire a bounty hunter to recover a fugitive, he is required to do so himself.

Long past time the United States abolished this backwards practice.

The recovery of fugitives should rest with the appropriate law enforcement agency.

Cash bail and surety pledges for bail should be taken by the court itself.
