The fact that so many are employed certainly says something about their work ethic. You are just a bigot. Trump hired an entire village in Costa Rica to build a golf course so he must think the are hard workers.

Sorry but you are wrong and that vast majority in undocumented migrants come here with jobs already lined up. They come here to work and make money for their families and if you do not want that why not lock up those Americans that entice them here with jobs? That would stop most illegal migration in an instant. Have you ever wondered why we don't do that? Isn't it illegal to hire undocumented workers? Why are those employers above the law and you don't say a word about it?

It's not about my feelings, it's just not accurate. And in moral terms its wrong to use the act of committing one, minor crime as a means to dehumanize them.

The minor crime was committed once.

Unlawful presence is a civil violation, not a crime.

It is not accurate to call them "illegal immigrants" or "illegals." And doing so serves as only a means to dehumanize them and treat them with cruelty and contempt.

This way it's easier for Trump to do things like send them to maximum security prisons in El Salvador, without due process, and where they will be tortured.

This way it's easier for Trump to detain them indefinitely in concentration camps.

The truth is the undocumented immigrants are decent people who deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

You do realize that a AI overview showing how some illegals get jobs lined up is not backing up your claim that 99% of them come here because they have jobs lined up.
So how much longer am I going you have to wait for you to back up your claim.
You keep deflecting and trying to move the goalposts. Why not just back it up.

No immigrants are people that come here legally. Which is the opposite of illegals aliens. That’s is the term used by US law no matter how much that bothers you.

It’s a violation of US immigration lawlaw and when caught will be deported.

No calling them illegals or illegal immigrants or illegal aliens all fits well and lines up with US law. The rest of your nonsense is just that. Nonsense. Calling them what they actually are is not dehumanizing anyone.

Maybe if they want to be treated with more respect they should respect the laws of this country. Respect is a two way street.

I see you have ignored my question about the employers of undocumented workers. Since 8 out of 10 undocumented immigrants are working jobs here it would be so easy to end this "problem" by locking up a few business owners. Why don't we just do that? Don't shirk this question please. Here is a hint to a part of the answer.

And you do know 8 out of 10 is not 99% right.
And that there are working note is not proof that has a job lined up.

So your claim, when do you intend to back it up.

Those we are talking about are guilty of trespass (illegal entry into the U.S.A.) and the ONLY way to resolve that is to be removed and request entry properly.
I would make that easy for those who self identify, perhaps requiring a minimum of 1 week before legal entry can be requested, and a minimum of 5 years or more, including permanent ban for those who have to be apprehended and deported. In each instance, those leaving on their own and those being deported should be thoroughly documented, photographed, fingerprinted, DNA swabbed, etc. prior to leaving or being deported.
Every non-citizen in the U.S. should possess proof of legal existence in the U.S. at all times. Ideally the same should be required of all adult citizens as well. I've carried my SS card since age 13.
