Millions of undocumented immigrants will no longer be eligible for bond hearings

Again, a GOPer walks among us, a Republican who bragged about forcibly grabbing women's ******s AND who was found guilty of "sexual abuse" for doing this.

Has this scumbag been forcibly detained for his wrongdoing? Hell, no.
You do understand that people don’t go to jail in civil court right?
Maybe take a civics course.

Because 99% of them come here because they have jobs lined up. You people live in another world and it isn't here.
I bet you can’t prove that claim.

And just fyi. Having a job lined up is not proof it are a hard worker.

The fact that so many are employed certainly says something about their work ethic. You are just a bigot. Trump hired an entire village in Costa Rica to build a golf course so he must think the are hard workers.

A 'pipeline' of undocumented immigrants reportedly helped build and maintain Trump's New Jersey golf club

The undocumented immigrant employees recently fired from President Trump's Bedminster, New Jersey golf club were not merely individual workers who "slipped through the cracks," but rather part of a "long-running pipeline" that ran from Central America to New Jersey — "a wellspring of low-paid labor," The Washington Post reported Friday.

One former Costa Rican maintenance worker told the Post that his "whole town practically lived there" working to build and maintain the golf club. The Post spoke with 16 former club employees from Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, and Guatemala; all said that they had worked illegally at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster, needing only a "crudely printed" fake green card and a fraudulent Social Security number obtained in the U.S., and that their managers knew of their status.

You really should step stop using words you don’t understand.
Because I think that the only people who should be in this country are those are here legally doesn’t make on a bigot. It means they believe that no one is above the law.
Something until very recently the left wouldn’t stop bleating. Wonder what changed.

Also I can’t help but notice you didn’t even attempt to back up your claim. And I think we all know why. Because you just made that bs up and tried to peddle it off as fact.
So because now you got all butthurt that you’re lies were called out you have to go to the personal insults. About what I would expect from you.

You know if having your lies called out has you so emotional, you could always just try not posting lies in the future. But I bet you won’t.

the border is blessedly free from migrants surges. keep it that way.. oh and build the wall
Why do you need a wall now?

You know nothing about the border area of this country do you?

Sorry but you are wrong and that vast majority in undocumented migrants come here with jobs already lined up. They come here to work and make money for their families and if you do not want that why not lock up those Americans that entice them here with jobs? That would stop most illegal migration in an instant. Have you ever wondered why we don't do that? Isn't it illegal to hire undocumented workers? Why are those employers above the law and you don't say a word about it?

  • Informal Networks:
Many undocumented immigrants find work through friends, family, or within their communities.
  • Independent Contracting:
Working as independent contractors or freelancers allows some to find work without needing a Social Security number.
    • Industries:
Undocumented workers are concentrated in sectors like construction, agriculture, food service, and domestic work.
    • ITIN:
An ITIN can be used for tax purposes and to start a business, but it doesn't grant work authorization.
    • Employer Practices:
While employers are required to verify work authorization, some may not strictly enforce these requirements, and undocumented workers may provide alternative documentation.
    • Wage and Labor Laws:
Undocumented workers are entitled to the same minimum wage and overtime pay as documented workers, but they may face exploitation due to their legal status.
    • Potential for Exploitation:
Undocumented workers are vulnerable to workplace discrimination and exploitation, including wage theft and unsafe working conditions.

Who cares what you don’t like. They are illegals aliens and that is what US law refers to them as.
Sorry that hurts your feelings.

It's not about my feelings, it's just not accurate. And in moral terms its wrong to use the act of committing one, minor crime as a means to dehumanize them.

Sorry that hurts your feelings.

Sorry you can't use that against them to make yourself feel better about treating them with cruelty.

There not immigrants. They are illegal immigrants. They are not the same thing. Though I understand you have difficulties comprehending the difference.

They are undocumented immigrants who improperly entered the country.

The minor crime was committed once.

Unlawful presence is a civil violation, not a crime.

It is not accurate to call them "illegal immigrants" or "illegals." And doing so serves as only a means to dehumanize them and treat them with cruelty and contempt.

This way it's easier for Trump to do things like send them to maximum security prisons in El Salvador, without due process, and where they will be tortured.

This way it's easier for Trump to detain them indefinitely in concentration camps.

The truth is the undocumented immigrants are decent people who deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.

Still waiting for you to back up your claim.
You do realize that a AI overview showing how some illegals get jobs lined up is not backing up your claim that 99% of them come here because they have jobs lined up.
So how much longer am I going you have to wait for you to back up your claim.
You keep deflecting and trying to move the goalposts. Why not just back it up.

It is very accurate. They are aliens that are in this country illegally.
And hate to break it to you but you are not the arbiter or morals for anyone but yourself.
You know if you doing want to be called an illegal alien you could always just not illegally sneak into the country.

You think you being wrong again hurts my feelings How funny.

It’s the term the US law use. And it fits perfectly. So yeah I think I can use it and be just fine.

No immigrants are people that come here legally. Which is the opposite of illegals aliens. That’s is the term used by US law no matter how much that bothers you.

Yep but they are still in the country illegally.

It’s a violation of US immigration lawlaw and when caught will be deported.

No calling them illegals or illegal immigrants or illegal aliens all fits well and lines up with US law. The rest of your nonsense is just that. Nonsense. Calling them what they actually are is not dehumanizing anyone.

Maybe if they want to be treated with more respect they should respect the laws of this country. Respect is a two way street.

I see you have ignored my question about the employers of undocumented workers. Since 8 out of 10 undocumented immigrants are working jobs here it would be so easy to end this "problem" by locking up a few business owners. Why don't we just do that? Don't shirk this question please. Here is a hint to a part of the answer.

Economic Contributors, not Criminals

Contrary to popular rhetoric, undocumented immigration is not linked to a spike in U.S. crime rates. Between 1990 and 2013, a period when the number of undocumented immigrants more than tripled, the rate of violent crime in the U.S. fell by 48 percent.3 Instead of committing crimes, the vast majority of undocumented immigrants in the country are working4 and paying into our tax system.5 And because they are ineligible for most federal benefits, experts have long argued they are net contributors to the Medicare and Social Security programs.6 They have a similar impact at the state and local level. Even in Florida and Arizona, states with large undocumented populations, immigrants pay more in state and local taxes than they draw down in public resources like education each year.7

Yes I will ignore all your questions till you either back up your claim or admit you just made it up.

And you do know 8 out of 10 is not 99% right.
And that there are working note is not proof that has a job lined up.

So your claim, when do you intend to back it up.

Those we are talking about are guilty of trespass (illegal entry into the U.S.A.) and the ONLY way to resolve that is to be removed and request entry properly.
I would make that easy for those who self identify, perhaps requiring a minimum of 1 week before legal entry can be requested, and a minimum of 5 years or more, including permanent ban for those who have to be apprehended and deported. In each instance, those leaving on their own and those being deported should be thoroughly documented, photographed, fingerprinted, DNA swabbed, etc. prior to leaving or being deported.
Every non-citizen in the U.S. should possess proof of legal existence in the U.S. at all times. Ideally the same should be required of all adult citizens as well. I've carried my SS card since age 13.
