I know, you read that title and went what? What kind of bullshit claim is this?

Well after Trump fired anyone who even read a memo on the prosecution of the January 6th Insurgents, the Washington DC Office of the US Attorney was very understaffed. Then of course came the purge of anyone who donated to Democrats or who registered as a Democrat and they are literally short 90 Attorneys according to US Attorney Pirro.

Now this shortage of Prosecuting Attorneys means they can't hustle the cases through the court and it leaves serious crimes like Assault with a Deadly Sandwich languishing. The obvious answer, have the Military send over a bunch of lawyers from the Judge Advocate General's Office. Yes Military Lawyers. Because there is virtually no difference in Military Law, and Civilian Law. It's all Law. And it's not like Trump or his minions care about laws.

Besides, with Military personnel on the street, having JAG lawyers around to explain that it wasn't Excessive Force or an Illegal Search by Military Standards it will save a lot of time.

The main issue here is that military lawyers may not be admitted to the bar in some states, which would mean that they cannot legally practice law.

Automatic basis of appeal for any convicted.
