This is laughable. A socialist judging a Christian on Christian values. :lol:
There it is. :thumbs:
If the vast majority of Americans wanted to believe as Pence does they would. There is nothing preventing Americans from believing as Pence does. Most Americans do not believe as Pence does. As such most Americans do not want to live in the world Pence wants to live in. The major problem is people like Pence will not and cannot accept that.
It seems like you are implying that only Christians are qualified to judge other Christians and Christian "values". If this is the case, then are only Socialists qualified to judge Socialists and Socialist values?
I honestly think Pence as president would be worse than Trump.
That's exactly what makes you so onerous. You would place [your interpretation of] religion above constitution and country.
I'm saying that socialists have a bias against religion.
And Christians have a bias toward it.
I have one of those flow charts in my head.Q1: Are you a Christian?
A1a: No --->cool, we can hang out
A1b: Yes---> see Q2
Q2: Do you believe the end times are nigh?
A2a: No--->cool, we can hang out
A2b: Yes-->see Q3
Q3: Do you proselytize?
A3a: No--->cool, we can hang out
A3b: Yes--> get lost
And Christians have a bias in favor of it.

I'm sure you think there is a moral equivalency there.

Christian socialism is a form of religious socialism based on the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth. Many Christian socialists believe capitalism to be idolatrous and rooted in greed, which some Christian denominations consider a mortal sin.[1] Christian socialists identify the cause of inequality to be the greed that they associate with capitalism.[1]
Christian socialism became a major movement in the United Kingdom beginning in the 19th century. The Christian Socialist Movement, since 2013 known as Christians on the Left, is one formal group.[1]
Other earlier figures are also viewed as Christian socialists, such as the nineteenth century writers Frederick Denison Maurice (The Kingdom of Christ, 1838), John Ruskin (Unto This Last, 1862), Charles Kingsley (The Water-Babies, 1863), Thomas Hughes (Tom Brown's Schooldays, 1857), Frederick James Furnivall (co-creator of the Oxford English Dictionary), Adin Ballou (Practical Christian Socialism, 1854), and Francis Bellamy (a Baptist minister and the author of the United States' Pledge of Allegiance).
and I would say that you are unable to see the real world. It was Sister Marion Edwards who during a class focused on the McCarthy days, who began a rant about the Soviets and Marxists not being "real communists" but simply dictators and their lackeys using the word without actually following what "communism" truly means. She said that day that it was she and her fellow nuns who were "true communists" because none of them owned anything, everything they had belonged to everyone of them. She went on to explain that she thought, and history shows, that true communism can only be in small communities united by common beliefs in which each member understands that they are joined together in their desires to attain a common goal.
Socialism has, for some, become the term they use to describe societies similar to those found in the defunct Soviet Union. A nation which had little connection to the socialist ideas of the 19th Century. It was only Stalin and Mao's hatred of organised religion which has caused some to believe socialism/communism is anti-religious.
Pure socialism/communism does not work in large groups such as nations, too many people will have different ideas and goals. Corruption that puts wealth into the hands of a few is too easy to accomplish in large groups when a majority sees a common goal and a few see the blindness of the majority as the means in which they may gain wealth and control. Democratic socialism promotes some socialist goals whila actually allowing the citizens of the nation to make decisions as to how the nation is to spend its revenues. Roads and bridges (infrastructure), education, healthcare, minimal housing and individual rights over corporate rights are found in most modern industrialised nations and should be seen as the result of democratic socialism. All of these are being attacked by American and foreign corporations as those entities strive to improve their bottom lines with little thought for long term consequences.

Hypocrite. He cannot be clueless to his boss's un-Christian like behavior and by not standing up against it, he appears to condone it.
This is a guy who won't go to a dinner party without his wife but won't stand up and denounce someone having an extra-marital affair with a porn star because of who that guy is? gtfohwtbs
But at least Karen Pence has the guts to say it like it is...
