Yes, it does. Maybe you could remind the Israeli government and the IDF that they are violating international law. Despite the 2005 Israeli High Court ruling that the practise of using human shields must cease, the war crime continues. Oh, and by the way, Israeli propaganda aside, there is no evidence that Hamas has used civilians as human shields, unlike ample evidence that Israel still does.

Yet much was written into law post-WW2 and in direct response to the atrocities suffered by European Jews in Germany and nations under Nazi occupation. Not only is the Israeli state constantly violating the very laws that were woven together as a response to the gravest of WW2 criminality that effected European Jews so savagely, if we were to allow their ludicrous interpretations of them , spouted to swerve the very crimes they are guilty of, we may as well scrap the very idea of international law itself because those interpretations strip out any meaningful applications.
