I'm starting to feel like every American needs to investigate every other American because we all might be Russian spies with an evil political agenda....except Democrats. They definitely aren't evil and should be protected from investigation.

Did Democrats not know how this whole process works? Were they unaware that the Senate would vote on the committee's findings? The committees pushed this through as they did EXPRESSLY because they didn't want to wait for the courts to sort out difficult issues. It's ENTIRELY on Pelosi and the House that they are in this position now.

It is abuse of power to impeach a president on a partisan basis and then demand that the Senate give a fair trial when the House hearings to impeach weren't fair. The House does their job. The Senate does theirs. Let the voting begin.

There wasn't any evidence against Trump. Article one basically states bribery. Every House witness testified there was no bribery. Article two is about obstruction of Congress. The precedent has already been set on that when Eric Holder and Obama obstructed Congress and suffered no consequences. On top of that, Democrats refused to wait for the courts to decide if these people must testify or not. But, we already know that Eric Holder didn't have to testify.
