Just don't ever get in the middle of two Baptists who are having a disagreement about Je-heyzus!

This uppity type woman needs to resign. She’s one of those type people who think they can partake of greatness by destroying it. What is it about California that corrupts the elected officials there? Is there some kind of brain-eating bacteria that only infects their democrat congresspeople? I just saw this quote by Barbara Fienstein:
[When the gunman realizes that nobody else is armed, he will lay down his weapons and turn himself in...that's just human nature.]
I mean good grief!
If I was running the Republican congressional efforts I’d play that as an ad 24/7 until November. It's a sure winner for getting elected.
Maxine Waters explodes on House floor: I resent ?making America great again'! - The American MirrorThe American Mirror
Look at his avatar, and you decide why he used that word.
I’ve decided, after reading your threads, comments, and your profile that you’re not a conservative but liberal playing the conservative parody game.
I figured that it was some racist asshole. Didn't know it was Duke until someone pointed it out.
see the video here:

neither party should be proud of such "statesmanship"
During debate, Trump-loving Pennsylvania congressman Mike Kelly (you guessed it, a Republican) tried to scold Waters, saying, "We're trying to make America great every day and every way and the best way to do that is to stop talking about discrimination and start talking about the nation. We're coming together as a people in spite of what you say."
Waters quickly responded: "I want you to know that I am more offended as an African-American woman than you will ever be. And this business about making America great again, it is your president that's dividing this country and don't talk to me about the fact that we don't understand... No, I will not yield, no I will not yield. Don't tell me we don't understand, that's the attitude given toward women time and time again."
Waters was then told to stop talking by Republican chair Tom McClintock. Waters complained that she was interrupted while Kelly was not. She then addressed Kelly again.
"Don't you dare talk to me like that and think that somehow women don't understand what goes on on the floors of automobile dealers."
McClintock angrily hushed Waters again.
"You did not interrupt [Kelly] when he was making those outrageous remarks about him knowing more about discrimination than I know about discrimination. I resent that, and I resent the talk about making America great again. He’s down here making a speech [about] this dishonorable president of the United States of America… and no I don’t yield (to Kelly), not one second to you. Not one second. Not one second to you."
Hey Sam!
How does this make you feel?
I want to be fair about this so I'll bring up another somewhat unrelated issue, wage theft.
Same state agency...Arkansas uses a "State Revenue Office" to handle stuff like this.
Yes, you heard correctly, THE REVENOOERS! View attachment 67232955
I called the Revenooers about being cheated on a paycheck at the pallet factory.
They did the exact same thing to me, I swear to God.
I was new to Arkansas so I did not know all the area codes.
A few minutes into the call the lady on the other end says, "Mister Hoss, whah are yew calling an office in Cape Girardeau Mizzeruh bout a problem yew are havin with a paycheck from an Arkansas company, it ain't are problem!"
CLICK - BUZZ
So apparently whoever it is that works in the Revenue Office thinks this is pretty funny, and they do it whenever they don't want to deal with something.
Uppity? FFS.
"Uppity"?
To Maxine Waters' credit however, it should be noted that she's pissed about the fact that Trump's administration and the Republican led Congress has managed to reverse automobile lending anti-discrimination rules against a common practice known as "redlining".

I'd sure love to know how racial discrimination in automobile lending "makes America great again".

So are you trolling these numbers or what? Seems you don't work in a pellet factory and based on you making fun of their accents, probably never lived in the area.
Oh come on, give to me the ever loving ****ing break, are you really serious? View attachment 67232989
Car dealers see only one color. That is green.
If they think the person will pay back the loan, they will lend.
When a buddy and I took over an established car lot back in the '90s, the lot had 23 past due accounts. Some of them had never made one payment.
All of them were black customers. I was able to find one car out of the 23 and that was in a different state. The rest were never found.
That, of course, made us reluctant to loan to more black people from that lot.
That is not racial discrimination. That is good business practices.
