Just a reminder that this is 50 fewer Republicans than who voted to strip Liz Cheney from her leadership position yesterday for daring to hold Trump accountable. For them, defending the Capitol against an insurrection is more of a crime than supporting the assassination of the Speaker of the House.

i just don't see that brand as redeemable. i mean, they're going to let the mango mistake get away with fomenting an insurrection, too. i just don't see how even in fifty years an analytical person would be able to say, "well, they did have a bit of a nutty period there, but look at all of the good they did after that!"
