Again, if it is so few and so unimportant of an issue, then why not just comply with the E.O. and be done with it?

Why is dealing with it on a case by case basis a problem for you?

We’re talking about 40 to 50 athletes nationally. Do you think this is the most important issue facing our country? Do you?
