Snipped some from your O/P Your pov skates some of the truth. The lawsuit was not permanently dismissed.

Btw, and IMO, this was the correct decision. The court is emphasizing that legal filings should focus on substantive legal arguments rather than emotional outbursts or personal attacks. The judge temporarily dismissed and told Trump's legal team they can file an amended suit by next month.

You can't white-wash the implication you presented in the O/P that the judge dismissed the lawsuit.
