I made a site about a "List of dictators" copied from an old wikipedia source and would want people to come and help me on how to update it and put your opinion of those who are and are not dictators and add them to the list on this forum or on this site.

Every form of government is an oligarchy. There are no exceptions. Whether that government uses an electoral circus to represent itself to its subjects or a single "cult of personality" figurehead makes no substantive difference.
