What makes you think the officer attacked this woman because of her skin color? First, the license plate came back to a different vehicle, she would not present her drivers license, she was a smartass and would not comply......she left the police no choice but to arrest her, imo. Yet, somehow you bring this video and start a "racism" thread, lol.
 
Hmmmm. That seems to be the way an entitled welfare recipient would behave.

Let's see, she was driving a car with an incorrect license plate.
She was obstructing traffic
Her car smelled like weed
She disobeyed the directions of a police officer.

Oh, yeah, and she was mouthy and disrespectful
