It's a step in the right direction, but the cannabis oil should be legal for anyone who wants it no matter the reason.

Awesome. AZ passed a medical MJ law 3 times, but the legislators took it away, we finally got an ironclad bill which passed, and the gov and the atty gen have been trying every trick in the book to stop it, and they have lost every time.
Last week, they lost in the state supreme court, it is now illegal to arrest someone for DUI if they have metabolites in their system. They would arrest folks who were stone cold sober, but still had traces in their system (pot stays in for 2-4 weeks).
