It was only a matter of time........McCain leads 257 to 247.........
Electoral-vote.com: President, Senate, House Updated Daily
This isn't new. McCain has had that lead since the convention, I check that site daily. So....he's not really "pulling away", its basically been stagnant, neither candidate making any progress for the last week.
I wonder what has happened to the electorate since McCain erroneously foot in mouth said the foundations of the economy are strong?
Hmmm, the economy is fundamentally strong, where have I heard that before? Oh right, Hoover during the Great depression.
So when have people been referenced as fundamentals NP?I believe he explained that as the foundation being the American People.....I am not surprised you disagree with that....
If you did check it daily you would know that he has steadily increased his lead with 10 today being the biggest lead........You would also know that McCain is even competitive in New York which is unheard of........Its all the Palin Factor my left wing friend.........
You mean like how McCain clulessly reiterated Hoover's famous "economic fundamentals are sound" during the great depression? heheheActually, Navy, for once you are correct. Even though I do check that particular site daily, I think I was confusing it with another electoral map site. I do remember seeing one that has had McCain by 10 electoral votes for about a week now. However, it wasn't this one.
However, I think it will change dramatically over the next couple of weeks as McCain stumbles and flounders his way through the latest economic crisis. McCain has looked like a fool for the past 3 days....I expect the numbers will flip flop just as he has.
The surprising thing there is that Pennsylvania is tied. I read somewhere that Palin was going to get some of the suburban vote in Penn, Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. I guess it looks to be true so far in Penn. Obama had a comfortable lead there before her.
I would not be surprised at all to see Pa. go for McCain.......I am from Western Pa. and I can tell you the people there are really pissed at Obama for his comments about them being gun toting bible clutching people wen things get tough........
I'll give you credit NP, at least you aren't touting McCain's economic policy, which I'm sure those Western Pennsylvanians won't be too impressed by.
What giveaway programs?I can tell you that they are not fooled by his giveaway programs to get votes..........If McCain carries PA you and your boy are done............

I will be done? Done doing what?
Race baiter! Why do you do this kind of stuff, you know he wasn't calling him a "boy".If by "boy" he meant America. Yes he is correct.
If by "boy" he meant Obama, then it is pretty clear as to why he would vote against his Country. Skin color matters the most to some people. Even more than our future.
