Do you have a link for this communication. But in any event, it would only show that it was said and not why. It would remain as likely an acted phone call for later use, as it is now being used as anything else.

Compare and contrast what Kushner said with the promise that Obama made to the Russians about having more flexibility after his "last election". Re-elected in 2012, Obama exercised his increased flexibility for four years.

Putin's puppet said he would "transmit this information to Vladimir". His posture, tone and facial expression were that of a purchasing agent assuring a salesman he would sign the contract.

A couple years later, Russia annexed Crimea and invaded Ukraine.

Russia's move to invade and annex probably confused Obama's team since they had already removed the missile defense shield to cozy up to the Russians. The more friendly and cooperative Russians did what they always do. Expose and exploit weakness.

What do you suppose the transmission of the assurances from Obama meant to Putin?

Kushner was a private citizen at the time of his meeting. Obama was, obviously, the POTUS.

Should Obama face the same treatment/punishment you recommend for Kushner?

We have unnamed sources quoting unnamed officials reporting the undocumented actions of a private American Citizen.

I haven't read anything in this thread that needs to be deflected. I haven't heard or seen anything reported that is anywhere near as incriminating as the crap the Hillary and Bill were doing with the Russians. With Hillary and Bill, there was real favors, real money changoing hands and real access granted.
