No justice for Breonna Taylor.
What a mess that was. The NYT did an excellent job putting together animation, body camera and radio transmissions of this incident.

A cluster**** from beginning to end. It's amazing none of the cops were shot by each other.

Extremely unprofessional.

So sad. The cops were at fault all the way up to entering the way they did, and even after...and the BF reacted like many suddenly awoken residents would...and cops should freaking know that...that in the middle of the night...there are also often innocents in the house.

Yup, no justice for Breonna. :(

Killings by LEO's. Yet another horrible statistic where the killing rate by US LEO's is nearly twice as bad as the next worst western nation (which is also a standout bad figure), and closer 30 times worse than the western nation average. I wonder why that is?

This case is an example of the kind of ClusterF* created when cops prioritize avoiding flushed evidence over the safety of both citizens and cops with No Knock night time raids.

Such raids Might be justified if going after Terrorists, but for Drugs?

Cops are allowed to recklessly endanger (and kill) people as long as they're doing it on the job.

I guess George Soros won't be giving any money for protests this time around.

Funny how we had to endure that while a Republican was in office, but now that it's a Democrat justice doesn't matter as much as not making Kamalot the Great look bad.

I wonder if the Justice Department is too busy going after Trump to care about cop on black crime.

No justice for Breonna Taylor.

Leave to you to make this an anti-semitic trope. (((SOROS)))

Sure, sure, the left must scream anti-semite while standing with the terrorist.

No-Knock entries should be illegal across the United States. Period.

And as a proud supporter of the Second Amendment and Fourth Amendments, any officer who tries a no-knock entry loses the veil of protection as a government officer, and fully deserves to be treated with the same lethal welcome that an armed burglar receives under the same circumstances.

Agree. It's far too dangerous for everyone involved. The police should start with the least aggressive approach that will work, and escalate from there if necessary.

Wow!

Well, not precisely, according to the article you posted:

The charges related to covering up the allegedly false search warrant and lying to investigators will remain, according to the decision.
also, the article states that Federal prosecutors will appeal the judge's decision and the officers aren't out of the woods yet.

So justice sill might be done.

Scumbag Reagan judge. That sack of shit is still harming the country even dead.
