Since amnesty derives from a Reagan era law, this OP only further shows how far the right wing has moved away from conservative principles. Amnesty is also fundamentally consistent with christian values, which only further shows how fake the right-wing's invocation of religion is.

America has always been a nation of immigrants, and the civil war and desegregation established us as a country against racism. It is the right-wing's anti-immigrant attitudes that are a betrayal of American values and principles. Even then, it is not "treason." Treason is not simply anything you disagree with
