Well personally I think the GOP is dead, I think it died with McCain's loss. What came out of the ashes is a much bigger tent. They want to reduce Republicans to the party that it was in 1994 because it was easy to be against them back then. But it isn't it's quite diverse and quite open-minded.

I quit the GOP in 1988 because no way in hell I would ever vote for George Bush. I supported the party of Reagan, but that ended when Bush took the reigns. I am what I say, a Rothbardian Libertarian - that is a real Libertarian. Whatever happened in 2016 fundamentally changed the GOP for the better. There are some good people, Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Ron DeSantis, and of course Trump. I have never voted for anyone named "Bush."

So I agree that it isn't the same squishy fish GOP of the 90's through 2015. Try as I might, I couldn't really find a difference between McCain and Obama. Romney was ever so slightly better - but probably only because Obama proved to be so awful.

Well the first election I ever participated in was for George Bush Jr. I didn't vote for George Bush Jr because he was a great candidate personally I thought he stunk. It was more of vote against Al Gore. I bet gasoline would be $35 a gallon if that idiot got elected.

But one of the things that always discussed me about the Republicans was how wimpy they were in the face of the media. By the time Bush came around at least from the Republican side of things there was very little trust in the media. He could have come out and said that they're fake news and **** you I don't care about your opinion but he didn't he played the game. One character I saw actually do the Trump thing before Trump ever did it was Jesse Ventura. Some of his politics were wacky but that's the first time I ever saw it someone pretty much say **** you to the media. Trump mastered it. And I think Bush and Cheney and all the hobgoblins were terrified but when Trump did it it just took away their power it didn't hurt him.

It didn't help that Obama in the previous presidency had removed the Smith mundt act. So the ruining of the media was a joint venture of Obama's blunders and Donald Trump's ego.

Nice cherry-picked, emotionally charged story. There are always going to be outliers like the case you shared. For context, the study McCullough references involved just 19 patients, all of whom had hemorrhagic strokes. Spike protein was found in some samples, but causation wasn’t established, and the authors called for more research. More unsubstantiated nonsense.

Meanwhile, billions of doses have been administered globally with an extremely low rate of serious adverse effects. But sure, hundreds of millions of "sheep" must be wrong, and only McCullough and Substack have it right. Give me a break.

I'm not entirely dismissive of your stance. I read the article, and there is some reason for concern, but there's not enough data to determine where the protein spikes originated from. I am in favor of more research into their findings to determine whether the vaccine is leaving remnants in some sample of people's bodies. The problem is that the virus is known to do the same thing, and the authors of the study even mention that they do not know whether these incidents occurred because of the vaccine, the virus, or something unrelated. They say the vaccine may be the cause, but more research is needed.

Conclusion​

Although the possibility of spike protein expression due to asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection cannot be entirely excluded [Highlighting added], this study demonstrated prolonged presence of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the cerebral arteries following mRNA vaccination. Additionally, some inflammatory cell infiltration was observed in spike-positive vessels. These findings raise significant concerns regarding the biodistribution of lipid nanoparticle-based vaccines and their long-term safety. Global replication studies are urgently required to validate these findings and ensure comprehensive safety evaluations of mRNA vaccines.

I don't get it. Sorry to see that lady had a serious problem that may possibly have been caused by the COVID vaccine. On the other hand, millions of people were saved from dying by the vaccine. Seems like a HUGE lack of perspective.
