Kavanaugh: Rumor of a Fourth Accuser

First the quashing of the rumor,

Obviously none of us knows the credibility of the reporting of any given local newspaper where we don't live. (Which is why I'm not posting this in any of the breaking-news sections.)

However like I said yesterday, I would not be surprised if more and more allegations start coming out. As we learned with the #metoo allegations against predatory men: When there's a second accuser, there's almost always a third, fourth, fifth ... and so on.
 
I still use a safety razor or my father's straight edge for shaving. I'm waiting for Gillette to make a disposable 36 blade razor before I switch.

This doesn't mean they're wrong necessarily, but being from the area, the Washington Examiner is possibly one of the worst local publications you could come across. They're much more conservative borderline fascist circle-jerk magazine these days than they are straight-up news reporting. (again, doesn't mean the reporting is necessarily inaccurate in this case.)

And being from Montgomery County, MD I have actually never heard of the Sentinel...

It seems Kelly's handshake with Rosenstein might indicate that he won't be fired until after the election, time will tell. But I heard Trump defend Kavanaugh today talking about how these women came out of "the woodwork" to accuse him thirty six later.

Is it ironic, humorous or pathetic that our Predator-in-Chief, before an investigation has been done, to immediately defend one of his own? The man has no moral compass...

I had a shave and a haircut the other day, but it cost more than 2 bits (do people even know what a 'bit' is these days?). It was my first straight shave done by a 78 year old barber from Lebanon who started when he was fifteen. He used the steam towels before and after like the old days, it was a very close shave and no nicks. I'll be getting one very time I get my haircut now and recommend every guy get at least one, before it becomes a lost art...

Yeah, the Liespeak Smear campaign will buy the "testimony" of innumerable "victims", whom of course, will "not remember" any specifics that can easily be refuted, such as WHEN and WHERE their madeup "attack" took place.

They learned to make sure they DO NOT INCLUDE specifics like that when their ANITA HILL LIESPEAK SMEAR CAMPAIGN BLEW UP IN THEIR FACES, as her SINGLE, LONE CORROBORATING "EYEWITNESS" was PROVEN TO HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN IN DC WHEN SHE CLAIMED SHE WAS.


The Lie-o-crats know better now how to "present" their TOTALLY UNSUBSTANTIATED SMEARS....
 

At the Art of Shaving shops they still offer those hot towel shaves. Definitely costing more than 8 bits, a lot more.

I remember tipping the barber a dime, and being considered a big tipper. Never had to tip the owner.

If all I gave my grandkids was a quarter, they'd start asking "Huh?!" They expect at least a double sawbuck, or a Jackson. If they say the latter, I can say no, that's Keith Richards on the twenty, before the transfusions.
 

 

One other quick thought. A few months ago I was in a shop and a guy was getting a shave with an electric razor. That just ain't right...

My father did that occasionally. He was paralyzed from strokes and hated shaving with an electric razor, but he was also on warfarin, so a nick could be dangerous. When I asked him why at the barber, he said, "a reminder of small pleasures."

Yeah good luck with the red wave. That 12% points down in the polls among registered voters (25% points down with women, which shows you who is making a mockery of what, well lol, prolly won't show you, but for rational folks anyway) has got to hurt huh?:lamo:tomatofac:2rofll:
 

The Examiner is yin the Post is yang. Between the two, you would be hard pressed to put together one true story that wasn't biased.
