Isn’t that what a birth certificate does, reflect the sex of the child at the time of birth? Changing the sex after birth, somewhere down the line is lying on the child’s birth certificate. Falsifying the birth certificate. One is born a male or a female, that doesn’t change even if one changes his sex later in life or identifies as the other sex other than one was born as.
