Kamala Harris has run a terrible, Hillary Clinton-esque camapaign

It's 48/48 in Tejas, but the chicken littles and eternally sneering conservatives continue to peddle a cheap, mass produced doom.

Maybe for Senate. 51.6 Trump, 45.6 Kamala. She won’t take Texas.

Harris is likely going to win Michigan. The latest poll from Quinnipiac has her up by 3 points within that state. Link

Returning to the op, yes, she is a horrible campaigner. Don't take the author's word for it, the videos and confirming quotes by the likes of David Axelrod and others confirms it.

He told us what he'd do.

1. Trump streams-of-consciousness when he talks; he said what, in that moment, popped into his head. We can take it as the kind of thing he's likely to think of.

2. Our system of governance deliberately diffuses power to keep a President from being able to become too abusive. It's one of the reasons why centralizing so much power at the federal level, and then in the Executive Branch, is so dangerous.

How would she have managed to run a better campaign ?

I think she and her team did really well. No mistakes and well disciplined.
