Please, please, please Santa, make it true.rich donor's spent $1 billion to gain access/favors/promises
and they lost
we'll never see Kamala again in politics - she's done, toast .... you don't lose $1 billion in rich powerful people's money and survive politically
*LMAO* It's a campaign! What's the use of having cash on hand the day after the election?

It is unusual when youve wasted a billion. Do you think a business would let you keep your job if you lost that much for them?I think a system that requires that much outlay of capital to be a value participant is disgusting, of a people that have lost their way, and likely corrupted.
That stated, the numbers are what they are: $20M of a $1B budget is a 2% cost overrun. One might prefer to see a 2% below budget outcome but a 2% over budget is not unusual for any large business project.

She didn’t.
I think a system that necessitates the need for that much capital outlay to make a candidate heard and viable for contention is one ripe for corrupting or, even more likely, pretty damn corrupt already.
How much did it cost Trump to get his hair or nails done or go on The Joe Rogan Experience? Did he pay Joe $600,000 to build him a new set?
When he first ran for president in 2016, how many billionaires donated to his campaign? He had like one friend, Sheldon Adelson, and he’s dead. Didn’t the rest of them give a morsel of their billions to Jeb and Hillary? If I recall correctly, they lost.Jeb, in fact, ran out of gas and $200 million after the South Carolina primary. He even had to dig into his own pockets and extend himself a loan in order to pay his other bills.
What I remember is the establishment—both old and new money—despised Trump. He campaigned by holding political rallies, and the bulk of his campaign funds came from small contributions and selling ball caps, the proceeds of which he used to buy ads on Facebook. He also got a lot of free advertising from the talking heads and press rooms at CNN and the New York Times—much of it telling the country what a scumbag he was!![]()
Trump is a truly bad person. How do you support a known unprecedentedly bad perpetrator of bad acts without being a bit shady yourself?
How do you vote for Trump without your slip showing?
You sound like a Democrat. They’ve been calling half the country Nazis for years.![]()
Like I said, I didn’t vote for him, but, dark money or not, at least he supports my right to own a gun.![]()
Its not just her who was responsible. She didn’t.

The point is that the Trump campaign spent the money wisely. Kamela spent over one billion stupidly.Yeah... the numbers don't include PAC money. Musk alone spent $175 million on Trump's campaign... do you figure he did that out of the goodness of his heart?
Its not just her who was responsible.
the only thing that devolved are the libs. They turned into lefty fascists who name called and their TDS caused them to lose. The real America has spoken, and thats a good thing. It was a devolving of our national character that allowed for a few very wealthy people to use that devolving against us. They separated a majority into factions, placed them in juxtaposition to each other, and used their bickering as a smoke screen to cover their purchasing of our government to the ends of their minority.
We allowed it. It’s our fault. WE, in our aggregate, are responsible. The individuals acting not of sound ethical thinking more so than the others but we have all failed. The stain of this, and there is one and history will record it, is a national one upon our national character.
