It's one thing for someone to air your dirty laundry. It's another thing entirely to throw in a few choice items that aren't real....
What would be really bad would be admitting that you deleted the only way you had to prove it was fake!:mrgreen:Simpleχity;1066330019 said:Just Wait Until Data Thieves Start Releasing Altered and Fake Emails

:lol:If people used secured servers, this would be a nonissue.
Sure it would. There's no such thing as an online fully secure server. Certainly some servers can be better protected than others, but hacking can always be an issue.
If that were true, we'd be reading that Wells Fargo went broke because they were hacked and all their money was gone. If that were true, our silos would be sending missiles out country. Or maybe even IN. I don't believe you.

It was just this May that big banks like Wells Fargo were attacked.
Just to let you know, your missile silos intentionally don't operate under contemporary technology. That's one of the large benefits.
Yeah I saw a frontline report on that. The computer systems in the silos literally use floppy disks and are intentionally not updated from the 70's tech they run on. Can you imagine "nukes in the cloud" LOL

Don't they still light off the rockets with a match, then run like hell?
You know, back when the folks at RAND were playing around with all of the doomsday scenarios they could mentally construct, they weren't really thinking about hacking. Internal sabotage, sure. External forces being unable to perceive subtle communications between States. Hacking? Not really. But one wonders if I should find an essay by Wohlstetter
or something proclaiming that the hacker of the 1980s shows a sign of things to come.
In brief there's at least two substantial benefits:
Hardware and software errors are kept to a minimum. For instance You don't want incorrect inputs to escalate nuclear weapon delivery.
Outside tampering is really kept low key.
If people used secured servers, this would be a nonissue.
You mean like this?If that were true, we'd be reading that Wells Fargo went broke because they were hacked and all their money was gone.

In Hillary's case there's no need to alter anything. The content of whats been released so far is damning enough

No, there is no such thing as a 100% secure online system. Anyone CAN be attacked, in various ways. Certainly some systems are better protected and prepared, but there's never a 100% secure server.
