That would be the National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz.

Atlantic magazine editor-in-chief Jeffrey Goldberg reported that he was accidentally added to the Signal chat by a user named Mike Waltz.

Yep. Mike Waltz admitted that he added Jeffrey Goldberg to the chat, and the POTUS has stated publicly nothing will happen to him. More than a week later and no one from that Signal chat has been fired.

So, yeah...my investigation into this matter is done.
