One of the reasons I gave why you can't just declare you are going to build a factory and start making American was Environmental Laws. You can expect those concerns to take several years in court to sort out. Multiple reports from experts take time, and of course an examination by the Army Corps of Engineers.

In this case they had started an airfield in the Everglades, and then it had been stopped because the Environmental Laws at the Federal Level had been changed. So it sits there as a testament to the power of Environmental Protection. Florida and the Feds decided full speed ahead with propaganda, and now a Judge has gone what the actual?

Did nobody at the Governor's office know that there were laws protecting the Everglades? Did Trump fire all the people in Washington who knew?

I'm sure they will. We'll see how that goes.

This bogus ruling by activist District Judge Kathleen Williams will be quickly overturned by a higher Court.

Her rationale for closing the detention center is based on speculation that the facility might be harmful to the surrounding environment, including endangered species like the Florida Panther.
