Why I am bringing this back up again is because I simply opened my Gmail account, and found this article (from today) heraldsun.com: Judge finds Castillo competent to stand trial
Now, does it seriously take ~3 years to fully decide whether a individual who shot his father, shot up his former high school (complete with his sophomore sister inside), and who made videos how about insane he was (with a complete obsession with Columbine to boot)?
This is slightly ridiculous. I knew the kid before he joined/ was rejected by the military he was a good kid, whom had issues. But there's a line to draw, and regardless of whether one deems you savvy enough to stand trial, one should be prosecuted as is. Justice should have no restrictions.
