Urbanski wrote, "Plaintiffs believe that when they are identified as 'Stonewall Jackson Generals' and wear 'Generals' team uniforms as they dedicate their hard work and athletic, academic, and musical talents to performances and competition victories attributable to 'Stonewall Jackson High School,' plaintiffs themselves become instruments for communicating the school board's message."

The lawsuit stated that restoring Confederate names violated students’ constitutional and civil rights. The board had previously renamed schools after George Floyd’s murder, but a new 5-1 vote to reinstate the names sparked backlash.



Yup.

The confederate traitors and those dumb enough to support them just got stopped again!
