If a man appears on my doorstep saying he is a plumber and I have no plumbing problems and didn't call anyone then yes, i would be suspicious.
and how would you go about finding answers to your suspicions?
Dude, he worked as a plumber illegally. It was about one thing. Money. Was it really that hard for you?
Wow! The Leftist media really did an investigation on a private citizen, and discovered he had lived in Arizona at one time.

Thank you. I rest my case.
What are you talking about here? I never needed a plumber so I would tell the guy he must have the wrong house. You LIVs are really getting desperate here!
maybe you don't understand why plumbers need licenses. they need licenses because their job involves working on public utilities, things handled and managed at the State Level. There is no state out there who would allow a plumber to work on public water pipes with out proof that he is skilled.
A Certified Plumbers Certificate is not a license. Perhaps you don't know what a license is.
And who put Joe on the map?? Would you have heard of him without Barrack (Transparency in Government!) Obama?
He was working illegally as a plumber in the Air Force? Do you have any support for that claim? But you are right that people work for money. Most of them anyway.

Too bad they didn't do a similar investigation of Barrack Obama.
Wow! The Leftist media .

This is not correct they are one and the same depending on the state you work in. if you want to work on your own you must be a certified plumber if you are not then
you can get into major legal trouble. .

Did Joe have that certificateto prove he was a certified plumber?
Nope.I apologize, I always thought certificate and license meant the same thing.

you can get into major legal trouble. now you can work under a certified plumber and in fact it is required to get your license.
most state agencies require you to be a certified plumber regardless.
Joe (who isn't named Joe) the Plumber (who isn't a plumber) does not have a plumbers license.
He's not good with facts. He'll just bob and weave. He wants this story to be about Obama.
Apparently the Air Force disagrees with you on this plumbing thing. Take your argument to them.
Since you know what a plumbers license is, perhaps you can explain to Joe why he should have had one instead of working in Ohio illegally as one.
I do not consider the USAF to be the last word on plumbing
Who cares? If you feel he was not qualified then you should take it up with the Air Force. We certainly don't want sloppy National Security.
So in some states having a license to be a plumber is the same thing as being a certified plumber? If you are a certified, trained plumber, why would you need a license to practice your trade?
So in some states having a license to be a physician is the same thing as being a certified medical practitioner? If you are a certified, trained doctor, why would you need a license to practice medicine?
