Here is all you need to know about the J6 invasion of the Capitol:

IT WAS THE GREATEST GIFT THE REPUBLICANS COULD EVER GIVE TO THE DEMOCRATS!

Imagine seeing hundreds of stupid people trespassing into a government building and taking videos of themselves breaking in and beating up police in the process.

That is the height of stupidity - in the name of your glorious leader!

All you need to know is that the Democrats lied to you and the media backed up their lies with lies of their own.

There were a lot of bad actors including convicted seditionists. There is no evidence police incited, in fact the story thus far on the right is that they assisted! The effort to minimize what happened that day is disgusting as is the fact the right chooses to ignore the fact Trump did nothing to stop the violence even though he had the authority, opportunity and means to do so. He watched what was unfolding and did nothing! What you and others are willing to accept for whatever reason I don't know is mind boggling.

And that’s exactly what they’ve been doing, peddling cherry picked 30 second - 1 minute clips from a brief moment in time when there wasn’t violence, clips without full context, clips taken completely out of context and then all squealing in unison J6 was a lie! Democrats lied! J6 comittee lied!

30 second clips without full context, out of context is the truth, extended videos with complete context that always debunks it are the lies…cult45 logic.

Fortunately, I possess the right amount of critical thinking skills to know when Democrats are lying.
That's why I continue to hope the Republicans know what they are doing in supporting Trump as the next president.
Having said that, my fervent wish is that Trump stumbles so badly it makes Nikki Haley look like the best possible choice in 2024.
So far, they still can't shut Trump up and make him stop saying some truly stupid things. I don't know who is clumsier when it comes to making outlandish statements - Biden or Trump.

No one denies that. But people somehow seem to be denying what we all saw happening as well: that a part of the crowd large enough to attack the Capitol and overwhelm its protectors did so, some suggesting they were searching for Pelosi or Pence to do them harm, and that this demonstration turned riot was caused by Trump once again refusing to accept the results of an election that displeased him.

Imo conservatives in general are superior at fearing things that won't hurt them (see your list) and ignoring that which will likely kill them. 'Give me an XL soda to go with my supersize double cheeseburger, and do you mind if I stand next to the gas units on your stove while I wait?'

The video clips I have watched contradict what your saying about the police. A lot of them acted like animals.

So I hear this the Trump criticism that he did nothing a lot. What is it that he did not do that you think he should have done and how would it have made a difference?
