It's time to talk about Trump's health. And his make-up people.

Can someone with some medical training explain how this comes from excessive handshaking?

He's now a Dead Man Walking between his age, his poor diet & sleep habits, the Chronic Venous Insufficiency, and what I assume is a high load of stress hormones from his constantly angry state as well as job stress. I'll repeat what I've said in other threads, I doubt he'll live through his term.

What if the reason so many of his people are pushing a Nobel for him is because they know he's actively dying and want him to have one last trophy to spray paint gold.

Trump will not deploy troops to Chicago to fight crime

Or any other city controlled by Democrats.

He is not even thinking about sending troops to cities controlled by Democrats in Republican-led states. So much for his dedication to fight crime. Five of the leading cities with the most crime are located in Republican-led states.

Axios reports, "Trump doubled down on his threat to send the National Guard to Chicago. Trump says he wants to use the military presence in Chicago to fight crime, homelessness and undocumented immigration.

There are several reasons why Trump will not send the military to Chicago.

At the top of the list is Trump's obsession with headlines. He loves to be controversial. He makes threats, writes boneheaded executive orders, and continuously tells us what he is going to do on a daily basis. He yearns for camera time.

It is not what Trump says that is important. What is important is what he does.

Trump's troops besieged the people of California in June. It was a public relations disaster that should never be repeated.

Washington D.C. is controlled by Congress. It was easy to assert control of D.C. because the federal government already controlled it, although arming young soldiers confused with their mission could be a serious mistake.

Sending armed troops to our cities is inviting disaster. Is Trump that stupid?

Our military swears its allegiance to our Constitution, not the President. The military does not have to obey an unlawful order.

Trump will not be sending troops to Chicago because it is illegal.

It is called the Posse Comitatis Act.

The Posse Comitatus Act is a United States federal law signed on June 18, 1878, by President Rutherford B. Hayes that limits the powers of the federal government in the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic policies within the United States.

This is the umpteenth time Trump has shown up in photos with a badly colored cover-up on the back of his right hand.

If you're going to hide a condition, at least try to find a cover-up that fairly matches the skin tone.

Well, I do hope it's nothing trivial.

I like your posts for the most part. They are well reasoned, well-explained, and factually grounded.

But this is starry-eyed, pollyanna bullshit.

What part of Trump's history leads you to believe he won't double down on stupid, and which part of his history implies some level of respect for the law when it conflicts with his whims?

Thank you for the kind words.

As for your question, he is not ready yet. Notice I mentioned only Chicago, because that is the city Trump is targeting now with his comments. Also, I was dealing with the present.

D.C. was easy. It is run by Congress. Other cities are far more complicated.

Trump doesn't control enough of the government yet and has no control over the media.

He needs more control of government, and he needs to control the media. If he gains control of both, WATCH OUT!

Right now, it is just talk and the headlines and camera time he needs for his obsession.

I think.

This can be anything.

That is why it works.

Chicago=Obama.
He controls the entire government and the media.

One doctor believes he has congestive heart failure and predicted that he has 8 months to live. What a world if Biden outlives Trump.

Now that we think Trump is alive (weird how all of the photos are blurry today), it's time to reflect that this dude is not looking well.

Hey, we can all be sick, but if it's the president...

I don't think we were allowed to actually see golf footage today. If they have a Labor Day tournament, he wins regardless.

This photo...why does he look like an extra from the set of the Walking Dead?
