Italian man detained and deported by ICE for overstaying his visa.

Something strange here, or maybe not. It won't be strange if your politics is all about culture war and being clever enough to not like "anti social media"

Now, let's look at some facts.
30th April 2025 was 43 days ago. Today is 12 June, 2025.​

His Visa was apparently for 60 days.​
​
He was apparently at the airport on his way out anyway as he had appointments in Brazil today.​
​
Citizens of Italy are allowed to stay up to 90 days without a VISA as long as they are here on tourism or business purposes.​

Now let's look at an uncomfortable truth.

Khaby Lame is black.

So, was he profiled and then detained to fit a monthly quota?
My guess is that even though Khaby is the biggest name on TikTok, Georgia Meloni is a good friend of Trump and so she won't raise this issue with her American counterparts.

Or was he falsely targeted by Bo Loudon (close friend of Barron Trump) who has his own TikTok and Instagram following in order to raise his profile?
 


He was flagged AT THE AIRPORT...because he had overstayed his visa, and then was allowed to leave...on schedule...

And you shit yourself and lied that he was 'deported by ICE'? FFS...you dont even know who detained him...if it was a normal customs screening, which occurs on ALL international flights.

I can see why he's the most popular Tick Tok star. The guy can get PR by basically doing nothing.
 
He wasn't deported by ICE, but the more interesting aspect is why he was detained if his visa was not the issue given the time of his arrival and departure. I'm also not sure why he would even have to face the option of "self deporting" if he was within the 90 day period of the visa period afforded to Italian citizens.
 
Since you pretty much got everything wrong about this event and since you've come up with wild speculation about the event, I think you should ask the mods to move this nonsense thread to the CT Forum.
 
Problem here is there are no facts and you’re trying to fill the gap with ye olde bugaboo RaCiSm. We don’t know what kind of visa he had or what he was doing here. The only facts we have are that he arrived with a visa on April 30th, attended the Met Gala, then popped up in Las Vegas over a month later after his visa was no longer good.

Where is the proof for the claim about the length of his VISA?


He overstayed his VISA. He was allowed to leave he there would be no problem with him coming back in the future.

You do realize over staying a VISA is a crime, right? Why do we allow this crap to continue. If you don't enforce the law, then people will assume they can get away with all kinds of shit, and they will continue to ignore the law.
 

When you wipe the fleck off your screen from outrage, maybe you can tell me
a - why he was taken to a detention centre if he was simply flagged and then allowed to leave?
b - ICE themselves said they detained him, it's quoted in several sources.
c - self-deported because the threat was that he wouldn't be allowed back in the US for 10 years if ICE themselves detain him.

Now, instead of posting your usual vituperative bollocks, try reading the story and then commenting?

He probably self deported under threat of not being allowed back in for 10 years. He does a lot of work with US cinemas and media organisations so I read that as an enforced but documented as "self-deported" situation. For him, the risk wasn't worth it.

Ah, another one who doesn't know about the US/Italy visa agreements. Can you, @Mycroft or @VanceMack explain how 43 days is overstaying a 90 visa whose terms are listed here for Italian citizens please?

The problem is there have been other tourists who are not black or brown dealing with this nonsense as well, so I suspect this is more an action against foreigners as a whole. Does it help if your black or brown? Probably not.
 


He was 'detained' because he was here illegally. He didnt "self-deport"...he continued on his journey to Brazil...where he was headed. He wasnt 'deported' by ICE or anyone else. They let him go on his merry way. Your thread is a lie....and your whiny cries of racism are ****ing embarrassing. But...still...very............you.

Well, the other interesting part for me is Barron Trump's friend claiming he was the one reporting Lame to ICE. I don't doubt other foreigners have also had this treatment - but how many are reported by a friend of the US President's family?

Horseshit. I read the story and the cited story. Dude was on his way to Brazil...he was detained at the airport because he overstayed his visa probably by customs. They sent him ON his way. They didnt deport him. You lied. This has nothing to do with race. You just peed yourself on command and fabricated a lie because thats really all you people know how to do....dutifully.
