She would make a great governor for a failing state. It's certainly a blue state but if she could possibly pull off a win, I think that would be fantastic
Can't blame her after Trump scuttled her federal political career.
We don't do well with book bans either. She better break out the affordability and cost of living stump speech because New York ain’t Texas. She won’t win on the back of a half dozen trans kids wanting to play sport.
That's a big if.It's certainly a blue state but if she could possibly pull off a win, I think that would be fantastic
You're exactly right. The above is untrue. Where'd you get that idea?
Stefanik remains a U.S. Representative for New York’s 21st district, and a very prominent figure in the Republican Party, and a close Trump ally.
It'll be an interesting race in terms of Stefanik's strategy against Hochul, but the former is going to go over like a lead balloon downstate. MAGAverse types tend not to fare well downstate. She better break out the affordability and cost of living stump speech because New York ain’t Texas. She won’t win on the back of a half dozen trans kids wanting to play sport.
Yes, I'm sure that the "blue" voters of New York will take kindly to Stefanik branding them as "pedo grifters" and accusing them of attempting to replace white people. That should go over extremely well. It's certainly a blue state but if she could possibly pull off a win, I think that would be fantastic

So you talked about it?I never heard of any disappointment whatsoever from her.
ROFL....failing state....She would make a great governor for a failing state.
Only because her initial nomination for the UN Ambassadorship required it. Then Trump withdrew the nom. for the reasons I stated above. She then transitioned to a different leadership role. She still serves in a powerful, senior leadership capacity. She gave up her position as Republican conference chair.
She also has no choice but to believe that electric boats attract sharks and the Haitians of Springfield, Ohio are eating the cats.Only because her initial nomination for the UN Ambassadorship which required it. Then Trump withdrew the nom. for the reasons I stated. She then transitioned to a different leadership roll. She still serves in a senior leadership capacity.

White House withdraws Rep. Stefanik's nomination for UN ambassador over GOP's razor-thin majority in House
The abrupt withdrawal reflects growing concern among House Republicans, led by Speaker Mike Johnson, that their historically slim majority could be at risk, particularly ahead of two special elections in Florida next week.www.pbs.org
I never understood this, her district 21, upper NY state, after gerrymandering is 60-40 GOP, so why would the WH had been afraid of losing the seat? She's got a more consequential job now than she would have as UN Ambassador.
She was named as a potential cabinet member, Ambassador to the UN and then he withdrew it....needed her totally loyal butt in the House to pass his bills. I doubt she was happy. Though it's very possible a republican could win the governorship, it is very unlikely a MAGA would. The above is untrue. Where'd you get that idea?

I'll tell you who's responsible for the Great Replacement. It's all the religious conservative white people not having children until they're thirty. If you want children, try missionary position with no condom five nights a week for two weeks. It's almost a hundred percent reliable.Yes, I'm sure that the "blue" voters of New York will take kindly to Stefanik branding them as "pedo grifters" and accusing them of attempting to replace white people. You seem to really admire this person. Off the top of your head, can you name one thing she's done (other that total devotion to Trump) that has gotten your attention? Was it her support of "stolen election" claims, or refusing to state that she would certify the 2024 results? You're exactly right.
She's got a more consequential job now than she would have as UN Ambassador. Trump realized he couldn't take the risk of losing a GOP House seat with such a small majority, and I never heard of any disappointment whatsoever from her. She is prominent and I'm sure she was just fine in serving where she was most useful.
Now, she'll run for NY governor and that's great news. I had heard she was considering it, but it sounds like she's made up her mind.
It's certainly a blue state but if she could possibly pull off a win, I think that would be fantastic
