As this initial FBI foray is a softening up move to get the public accustomed to the idea that the real terrorists are their fellow citizens here at home, Kelly will get off this time. But next time the FBI will find emails on his computer from a “terrorist group” set up by the CIA that will incriminate him. Under the practices put in place by the Bush and Obama regimes, and approved by corrupt federal judges, protesters who have been compromised by fake terrorist groups can be declared “enemy combatants” and sent off to Egypt, Poland, or some other corrupt American puppet state – Canada perhaps – to be tortured until confession is forthcoming that antiwar protesters and, indeed, every critic of the US government, are on Osama bin Laden’s payroll
Americans are the most gullible people who ever existed. They tend to support the government instead of the Constitution, and almost every Republican and conservative regards civil liberty as a coddling device that encourages criminals and terrorists.
The US media, highly concentrated in violation of the American principle of a diverse and independent media, will lend its support to the witch hunts that will close down all protests and independent thought in the US over the next few years. As the Nazi leader Joseph Goebbels said, “think of the press as a great keyboard on which the Government can play.”
An American Police State was inevitable once Americans let “their” government get away with 9/11. Americans are too gullible, too uneducated, and too jingoistic to remain a free people. As another Nazi leader Herman Goering said, “ The people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. Tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peace-makers for lack of patriotism and for exposing the country to danger.”
This is precisely what the Bush and Obama regimes have done. America, as people of my generation knew it, no longer exists.
We were warned that giving too much power to the state only results in the people getting royally screwed over. Of course there are those who defend the state saying that its the only way to get rid of the enemy. Eventually you become the enemy since everyone's political team doesnt stay in power forever.
It Is Official: The US Is a Police*State by Paul Craig Roberts
So basically, America committed 9/11 and whatever this article is (I'm not going to waste my time reading it) confirms Akmadinijad's views.
And you didnt even read the article did you, but got the context of it from your imaginatiion
Anti war protestors had their houses and property searched and seized on the pretext they were providing material support to terrorism. If I recall the article never mentioned the US being involved in 9/11 or the Iranian president.
It concenrtates on the US government stifling any sort of peacefull disent to its wars

America will be a police state when you can't say it is a police state, so until this guy is jailed for sedition I think we haven't reached that phase yet.
However 9/11 and other terror worries have caused an erosion of civil liberties, there is no denying that. There once was a time when you could walk through an airport without being up viewed completely in the nude.
Germany faked an attack on their own government building in order to pass political laws "For The Protection of the People and the State".
When Germany passed these "emergency" laws through their government they created the SA Storm Troopers which had completely seperate powers from their existing military and police....in fact many German officers questioned why they did this.
These SA Storm Troopers were the group that went and arrested many opposing political party members and Jews with their seperate powers from the police, etc taking orders directly from within its government.
This was able to be discreet through media control in Germany and it was only rumors or "conspiracy" at the time while the masses were in denial...
America had an attack on its own buildings and had a pre-written document pushed through with huge pressure and it was called the "Patriot Act"
This document which was very long and pre-written before 9/11 was pressured for every Senator to pass without having the chance to read it and analyze it.
One week after 9/11 an Anthrax attack occured which targeted media and the Senators mostly outspoken against this passing of the Patriot Act.
This Anthrax was in the media as a strain which only could come from Iraq at first.
This was at first portrayed as the link from the U.S. "terrorist sleeper cells" to the "mobile weapon labs" in Iraq...
This Anthrax was then proven by a U.S. Scientist to be a strain that came from a base right here in the U.S.
The Patriot Act which was passed because of an attack on American buildings has many similarities to Germany's "For the Protection of the People and the State" act passed after Germany faked an attack on their own Government building.
Just like the SA Storm Troopers had completely seperate powers....the U.S. created "Homeland Security" too has completely seperate powers...
Just like the SA Storm Troopers (created after their fake attack on their own building) had the right to arrest anyone in Germany with opposing political views and Jews under the guise of their "For the Protection of the People and the State"....
The U.S. "Homeland Security" (created after an attack on their own building) has the power to arrest ANYONE detain them FOREVER and the arrested person DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW...and does not even get a phone call.....all this by simply someone saying they are a suspected terrorist. The arrested person has no right to trial or anything....
These laws were forced through after 9/11 and are completely legal...
It is only a matter of time before it gets completely abused.....perhaps after another (false flag?) attack....

Standard pack of lies (mostly).
Please elaborate on exactly what is a lie....
This happening under a Democrat regime (Dems denying on their mothers' graves that the left has nothing to do with fascism), and the libertarians sitting by sucking bongs while all this is going on.
Things that aren't true. e.g. Most of what you write.

The PATRIOT Act wasn't signed into law by a President from the Democratic Party.
Democrats fully supported the PATRIOT Act when it was introduced with exceptions being Fiengold and Kucinich.
For you "mainstream intellects" opposing any type of "conspiracy theory" and any type of new and real investigation into your government....here is a small sample of what will come and continue to be worse...
Hundreds protest FBI raids on anti-war activists - Yahoo! News
MINNEAPOLIS – Hundreds of protesters gathered outside FBI offices in Minneapolis and Chicago on Monday, bearing signs and shouting chants condemning the agency's recent searches of homes and offices of anti-war activists in both cities.
About 150 people protested in Minneapolis, with signs reading: "Stop FBI harassment. Opposing war is not a crime." Roughly 120 people marched in Chicago, chanting, "Hey, hey! Ho, ho! FBI raids have got to go!"
Search warrants had indicated investigators were looking for connections between the activists and radical groups in Colombia and the Middle East. Activists interviewed by The Associated Press scoffed at the suggestion that they might have provided material support to terrorism, and denied contributing money to terrorists.
"If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State."
I promised to not get into it, so I'll just say : read the transcript NOT the news report. So basically, America committed 9/11 and whatever this article is (I'm not going to waste my time reading it) confirms Akmadinijad's views.

Obama's signed the :
- Healthcare act
- Give act
- Bank "reform" act
- auto industry deal
Ok... you like those all cause your democrat... but if Bush passed them you could use the same defense... Bush passed the baton and the keys to the presidential toilet with olympic athlete relay race team caliber passing skills and Obama's run with Bush's agenda. Think about that... If you hated Bush for the reason that you're saying, then you hate bush cause he wasn't DOING ENOUGH. Meaning, he was doing the RIGHT THINGS, just NOT ENOUGH. Think about that.
Where in this thread have I said that I hated Bush?
It was implied with the last part of your post... like saying 'democrats wouldn't have signed the patriot act'...
If it wasn't your intent, my misunderstanding.
Oh no. I am quite well aware that a majority of the Congressional Democrats supported the PATRIOT Act. I think the Democrats are just as culpable as the Republicans are.
But it is disingenuous to say that the reason why we're becoming more of a police state is because of the Democrats - the Republicans had just as much to do with it. That was the criticism I had to that particular post.
In my view, there are Democrats that are just as much as pieces of authoritarian **** as there are Republicans that are pieces of authoritarian ****.
