Why does he repeat the same thing over and over.....he is rambling about the bridge now. Rambling is the only word for it. Seems he has decided in real time to give the police officer a medal.
 
And of course he's the world's biggest hypocrite.

 
The people standing behind him always look like they're standing on eggs because nobody knows what idiocy will come out of his mouth next. Someone might have to jump in and either translate for him or cart him off to his rocking chair.

At some point he went from a habitual serial liar to a person who lives in a completely different reality. In his world, you have to bring your license plate to vote. It's a weird world, glad we don't live in it. It's bad enough he's ****ing with our world.
