Israel has taken responsibility for a commando raid against an Iranian missile manufacturing site deep in Syria in September, an operation already widely attributed to the IDF.
Members of the Israeli Air Force’s elite Shaldag unit raided the Scientific Studies and Research Center, known as CERS or SSRC, in the Masyaf area on September 8, and demolished an underground facility used by Iranian forces to manufacture precision missiles for Hezbollah.

The action described by OP is a legitimate military action, not "a violation of international law".

Don't like it? Argue with the UN whose laws, protocols and conventions Israel swore to obey and uphold as a condition of UN membership, and which are routinely violated by the criminal, fascist regime in power in Israel. Fact-and Israel is no better than Russia where violating international law is concerned.

Israel has been attacked from Syria by terrorists and has every right to act against the terrorists in Syrian land.
This action is completely in line with its rights.
