Of course I deny that. Everything that I said is true.So you don’t deny that your post was bs. Good to know.
How will they enforce it? Do they have a private army?As I taught you it’s illegal for a president to withhold funds designated for a specific purpose by Congress without changing the law?
Who is going to enforce that?
The same SC that ruled that the jackass’ sentencing must proceed today as scheduled.
Uselessly repeating that may make you feel better if Mr. Trump cuts New York off from federal funds. This isn’t a judgement call. It’s a constitutional issue written in black and white.
I got an A actually. Then you must have failed your class. I taught you the law and cited a reference from a reliable source to support my lesson.
I didn’t make a BS post. You do the same to support your bs post or this discussion is over.
And, what conversation? These baseless claims that you are making about my level of knowledge hardly qualify as a conversation.
But if you are looking for evidence that the President has all of the executive powers of the federal government, look at the very first line of Article II of the Constitution:
The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
Actually it’s progressives who make claims that are counter to reality. We were arguing with someone who lives in a fantasy world created by the felon.
It’s impossible for us normal people to debate MAGATS because there are no intersecting points. We debate based on reality; MAGATS on fantasy.
It’s pointless
