Listening to him speak is the best indication that he's cognitively impaired. He's unable to put coherent thoughts together and isn't aware of that fact.

With Biden, we only had half that problem, but Trump's supporters somehow think this is better. I also believe Biden had people around him who were more competent to right the ship.

He is indeed a product of democracy, much as have been other fascist-tending leaders who assumed high office. He never won the majority of the popular votes, and defeated two candidates hampered by their gender, but more by the stupidity of their campaigns.
