Is there a Trump resort in Teheran ?

He seems to be ombing the middle east countries that dont have a trump named institution. But he sells bombs to the countries that he does business in.
His other business that is.
Saudi, the Gulf states are all on the inner circle.
Wouldnt it be better for the mad mullahs to open a resort and spa in Teheran than go through this unpleasentness ?
It looks a bit dusty but maybe a spa theme might make it palatable.

A reasonable strategy.

Ukraine for example could offer up a couple of square miles of land for a massive Trump resort and golf course, and suddenly Zelenskyy would be Donald's best friend. And as for the Palestinians, I'm sure offering Donald some prime sea-side real-estate for a Trump Hotel Gaza would do wonders for his temperament and disposition.

Its disappointing that world leaders have yet to grasp the new reality n the world. Trumps approach is both exciting and dynamic. As you would expect from the first crypro bro President.
