unless he decides suicide by nuke war.....Let him be.
We should expect it.unless he decides suicide by nuke war.....
Look at it from a temporal standpoint. If Putin blows us up, then it is now that he will blow us up so don't be fooled. That is war, you must go expecting to die.unless he decides suicide by nuke war.....
Not his style.......but I do think he is becoming increasingly unhinged and unpredictable. I think there will be an ouster but it won't be in Ukraine.
Finally a post agreeing with the point I made days ago with basically no response. This is the nightmare scenario people have been worrying about for the last half century: a nuclear power with an increasingly unhinged leader. Maybe if we can get through this, there will be more appetite in the world for just getting rid of nukes altogether.
You should assume, 'yes'.The question is not whether or not Putin is crazy enough to use nukes. It's whether or not the people who would have to carry out his orders are also crazy enough to use nukes.

Ukraine gave up their nukes. Syria gave up its WMDs. If anything this might strengthen the resolve of the DPRK and Iran. We all wish you were right but it’s just not gonna happen. This is the nightmare scenario people have been worrying about for the last half century: a nuclear power with an increasingly unhinged leader. Nuclear disarmament, or at least de-escalation, has to begin with the USA and Russia. It always has, but of course neither has any desire to do so.Ukraine gave up their nukes. Syria gave up its WMDs. If it weren’t for nukes that 40 mile long Russian convoy would be the biggest turkey shoot since the ‘highway of death’ from the Gulf WarNuclear disarmament, or at least de-escalation, has to begin with the USA and Russia. It always has, but of course neither has any desire to do so.
I certainly wouldn't put it past the USA to start WW3, or the others if they had the means, so the nuclear deterrent has had its upside. We'll only know whether or not it was worth it if and when they end up getting used regardless. If it weren’t for nukes that 40 mile long Russian convoy would be the biggest turkey shoot since the ‘highway of death’ from the Gulf War
