Is Kilmar a bad man or just a patsy ?


Have you seen actual convicted MS-13 gang members before the Kilmar Abrego Garcia case? They do not hide their gang affiliation behind gay little smiley face and marijuana tattoos on their fingers.
 

That's what due process and a trial if necessary are for.

I've got no dog in any fight based on Abrego Garcia's character...just like I had none about George Floyd's. That's not the point in either case.

His questions are implying that he will lord a type of expertise over the discussion. I told him to substantiate his expertise before worrying about his digression.

Realize the person hasn't been charged for their tattoos and the tattoos need not be proof of his membership in a cartel. He is back in the United States charged with human trafficking.

Perhaps you would like to volunteer your expertise in human trafficking before you'll allow a discussion on it I suppose.

Based off my claimed expertise in psychology, I can tell you aren't really interested in or even able to really understand the discussion point. Since you can't I've now declared myself correct based off your lack of expertise and lack of ability to even understand what I am saying.

If you think what I typed is bullshit then you've made my prior point for me.

I merely posted to encourage you to show you actually had something to prove the other poster wrong, counter his posts...instead of hiding. And you are doubling down by "claiming expertise in psychology?" And being wholly off-base in your conclusion. Come on, this is hilarious!
 

You failed to grasp my second point which now means you've actually ironically become double incompetent.

The only "hiding" being done is being unwilling to accept someone trying wield the "expert" card when they have no credentials and no point.

"I'm an expert" isn't a discussion topic or point.

Hopefully now you get that.
 

 
He was granted withholding of deportation which meant that he was legally present in the country...he was granted both a social security number and permission to work in the United States...all indications to you that his status was legal. If USCIS wanted to reverse that, they needed to go back to court and show that circumstances had changed and requested that they be granted permission to deport him.

No they were NOT doctored. They are what people who look at photos call annotations that explain the meaning of his tattoos. Why the deliberate falsehood?

the accusation was made by an officer who was suspended and fired in December 2022 for misconduct in office.

They were doctored....even Trump thought they were real and was using that as his evidence that the guy belonged to MS 13.

No they weren’t doctored. Someone who thinks they were doctored would probably also think that you can’t use .22LR rounds in a pistol.
