Now that Charlie Kirk is a martyr, and criticism of him is no longer allowed, Trump coming out and saying criticism of him is really illegal is the next step.

What say the good people of Debate Politics?

1. Criticism of Charlie Kirk is not restricted in any way, shape, or form.

2. No, Trump will not make "criticism" illegal. Two reasons: 1. First Amendment, and 2. foolish Leftist's making negative comments about Charlie Kirk is shooting themselves in the foot. The reaction is not coming from Trump, it's coming from fellow citizens of all political persuasions who don't appreciate speaking ill of the assassinated dead over political differences.
