Another attempt by christian republicans to force their beliefs into the public school system.

Federal Judge Blasts Republicans For Trying To Pass 'Obviously Unconstitutional' Law

A federal judge on Monday called out Republican-led states for attempting to inject Christianity into public schools, claiming they had a “coordinated strategy” to push through “unconstitutional” laws.

Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R) in April signed legislation that would require the state’s public schools to display the Ten Commandments from the Christian Bible in every single classroom. A group of parents promptly sued their school districts, saying the law was a clear violation of the Constitution, which prohibits the government from establishing a religion.

On Monday, Judge Timothy Brooks issued a preliminary injunction blocking the implementation of the law in several districts in Arkansas.

Jesus never intended for Christianity to be a form of government or else he would have taken over Jerusulem during passover or would have accepted one of Satan's temptations.

The type of Christianity you are seeing in this article isn't authentic.

WE are under attack, when you can't buy a cake anymore of hire wedding photographers if you happen to be gay, or women get stripped of their right to choose their own health care, or books are removed from schools and libraries for mentioning anything related to sexuality.....give me a break with these hypocrites.

Neither, imo. No one is forced to 'believe' just because it's around. Just like anything else social in schools. Just a different indoctrination.

I hear you, but republicans are Christians? A ridiculous notion as you know. They're actually criminal scumbags out for themselves, and Christianity has absolutely nothing in common with them.

Churches have chosen to participate in calling the shots in politics. They need to pay taxes.

Christianity is fighting to remain relevant; and that's what makes it bogus.

We're under attack from "Christians" who reject absolutely everything Jesus Christ stood for.

Wasn't it Gandhi who said "I like your Christ. I don't like your Christians."? Lots to agree with there.
