I am one, and right now I am contemplating whether I should write one of my very long posts that no one read well, if you insist, it will have to wait until tomorrow.

I would say he is all about himself, his own enrichment, and control. Or, more to the point, like Stalin, he is all about one-party dictatorship, a centralized economy controlled by him, a cult of personality around the leader, brutal repression, and massive use of terror. And just wait until he realizes that he could use immigrants in detention camps to work for free… ultimately, labor camps (the Gulag).

Although Stalin called his ideology communist/socialist, in practice it bore a closer resemblance to an autocratic, feudal-like system, with absolute central authority, personal loyalty to the leader, and widespread use of coercion and terror.

(and yes, there is some measure of satire in this post…)

I can’t help but be amused that the Trump supporters who labeled the old Republicans who disliked Trump as RINOs are now the ones introducing state ownership in the US and calling that 'true conservatism.' You have to admit that, amidst all the misery, it’s kind of funny, isn’t it?

Secondly, Trump never ever in his life even pretended to be a communist.

Thirdly you confuse attitudes with philosophy

Fourth the franchise expanded under the Stalin constitution, Trump is seeking to limit the feanchise

Fifth, Trump is working with and for billionaire oligarchs. There is no comparison.

Sixth people in gulags were actually given payment stipends for their work that was greater than any prison laborer.

Seventh Trump is nowhere proporting to centralize the economy under a workers state
