Given I have a graduate degree and she does not I'm going to say your ability to evaluate intelligence is pretty terrible.

Half the people in this thread: It is impossible to know what Musk's IQ is. You sources are silly. He is probably dumb. You cannot estimate it.

Same people: But obviously Occasio-Cortez is smarter.

If you cannot see the multiple logic issues here, then I would like to have a brief low syllable conversation with YOUR IQ.

Putting aside IQ as a flawed measure to begin with for the sake of argument, the closest thing to a reasonable IQ estimation RE: Musk was the assumption that his SAT scores (that are unknown), which have a fairly strong correlation with IQ, are comparable to an average UPenn physics grad, and that is extremely flawed for obvious reasons; it is entirely possible and in my view given his support of obvious engineering boondoggles like the Hyperloop, likely, that he's on the low end of that particular bell-curve.

The rest is pure subjectivity.

So they're right to say that without having the test results, we can't know what Musk's IQ is.

What's left is to compare their actions/statements, and as mentioned in my prior post in this thread, Musk has done more than a few things that truly call his intellect into question, and undermine a lot of his supposed bona fides, like, and this is a partial list, being a demonstrably terrible coder, his ardent backing of Hyperloop, his purchase of Twitter, his utterly embarrassing and terribly executed cheating RE: Diablo and Path of Exile 2, and owing virtually all of his fortune to Derek Proudian and Peter Thiel whose actions he opposed/worked against.

Obviously no one can say for sure who is smarter, and answers will cleave along partisan lines, but the notion that Musk is undeniably/indisputably more intelligent is blatant nonsense.
