Iran retaliated

Hopefully no one was injured. Of course, if a ton of equipment was damaged, that is a plus for our military contractors who will be paid handsomely to replace the equipment.

Seems the Iranian warned US and Qatar about the attacks giving them time to evacuate. So that's good at least.

On an expedited basis, which could mean competitive bidding requirements are waived.

Trump taunted Iran:

"I want to thank Iran for giving us early notice, which made it possible for no lives to be lost, and nobody to be injured."

Who the hell does this?

What kind of CinC tries to provoke Iran into attacking the US again?

Iran wanted the ball back in Trump's hands. Because they hope he fumbles. He doesn't have a good hand right now. America was just attacked, but at the same time the attacker warned about the attack beforehand, leading to no casualties, which is good, but leaves Trump without anyone to cry bloody vengeance over. Trump now has to find a way to escalate but he hasn't the strong justification he needs.

I agree. He was hoping for a bit more revenge so he could counter strike the counter strike.

It's always someone else's fault. Trump is a professional victim. He has it down five moves ahead of check!

How long has Iran been stuck at 60%? 13 years?

They clearly never wanted to build a bomb or they would have one by now. Clearly, this was a huge miscalculation on their end. If they had nukes they wouldn't have been attacked.

This tells the rest of the world that the only protection from U.S. attack is nuclear weapons.

It looks like Iran made it very plain what it was going to do ahead of time to minimize the damage, just as Trump did when he struck Iran a few days ago. This whole thing looks like kayfabe...a pretend war that no one actually wants, but they lob a few missiles at each other so as to not look weak. I hope it stays that way.

For now, the only one who seems to be aggressively pursuing it is Netanyahu.

I think Rep Swalwell used the correct descriptor in his tweet quoted above.

EXACTLY-THE MULLAHS DO NOT WANT A NUCLEAR WEAPON

HENCE ISRAEL WAS FORCED TO MANUFACTURE AN EMERGENCY

In 2015 the US convinced the IAEA to use Palantir's Mossaic Software - unbeknownst to the IAEA the software was/is controlled by the CIA/Mossad.

The software was sold to the IAEA because it could "map out data points thereby signal when Iran was close to developing a nuclear weapon".

Iranian IT/AI Expert Mohsen Fakhrizadeh caught on to the scam but the Mossad immediately assassinated him:
