Please show me several Democratic states doing this together.
I'm assuming you didn't look at the map to see the real goal.
It's to collect and store Carbon Dioxide from Iowa ethanol plants.
Use it later to extract oil from the Bakken fields in North Dakota.
Fossil fuels are here to stay with that 3rd party mentality.
