I normally don't watch videos in these circumstances, but I did open my big mouth. I went a bit further back to find out what qualifications they were talking about.
So if a doctor determines that the birth would be bad for the mother's mental health, then the birth can be ended, right up to delivery time.
Yeah, seems a bit extreme, but I doubt many doctors are going to just line up to make that call, so it's only likely to be applied in extreme situations, yeah?
Mom can't make that decision unilaterally, and a doctor would need to be able to support that recommendation medically.

Gosnell was a murderer. He never was trained as late term abortion doctor. He induced women who were past 21 weeks pregnancy which was against the law for him ( the women may not even have know they were over 20 weeks pregnant) then when they were born he murdered them.
There are only 3 abortion clinics and 4 clinic doctors in the USA who are trained enough, skilled enough aand willing to abort non viable fetuses in extreame cases , or perform an abortion to prevent irreparable damage to a woman’s bodily function such as ( stroke, heart attack, paralysis from the neck down, kidney damage, liver damage, etc) If the pregnancy continued.
