Indoor vertical farming.

That's really a big water difference.
 
There was a company that set up here in NZ a few years ago to do this on commercial scale. It was liquidated just recently. There are obviously some challenges that they at least couldn't get past. I guess this is basically just hydroponics done vertically to give better space density?
 
I would think it wouldn't get enough direct sunlight.
