Independent voters leave and criticize trump base and administration .

I think as one party moves further left, the other further right, they are leaving more and more folks without a political home or a party they can identify with. The non-affiliated want to two parties to work together, to compromise, to strive for what is best for America and not what is best for their political party. I would say they are tired of Democrats opposing anything Republican and Republicans opposing anything and everything Democratic.

You are mistaken sir, for as the Independent party grows so does the popularity of being an Independent.
Maybe not this next election but the Republican and Democratic parties better watch their back for one day a strong Independent will run against both Republican and Democrat and win. Then the Independent party will become a home to many, the values will not be Republican or Democrat it will be American
The Independent party has been working towards that goal for years. and one day will obtain it,
Too often has political party splinters tried to pass themselves off as Independent like these The Tea party, the Libertarian party . Independent voters are not stupid we see these for who they are, Republican incognito, they can stop with that charade anytime.
The two party system will pay a heavy price for being a party line walker both Democrats and Republicans.
Too often has either Republicans or Democrats stuck to their policies with no negotiations .
Too often has Republicans and Democrats nominated candidates that were a choice between bad and worse.

The American voter is sick of this and many American people are sick and tired of the election process becoming an issue that must be investigated or stop counting the votes.
Voting should be a simple process not rocket science.eace

A few years ago my step-daughter took a course on polling and I had arguments with her regarding the "margin of error". I told her what a crock it was and she kept on defending the process of how the real result would pretty much mirror the margin of error and how sound the process was. Young people are stupid, especially when they think they have learned something.

Not all young people are stupid, neither do they want to be.
However, when both Republicans and Democrat politician cut teachers salary, cut education close good schools what is one to expect?
It's not like American young people have the best public education available.

It has been ask why American government keep throwing money into education?
However the teachers has been investigated and got salary cuts , some good schools were investigated and got closed the students bused to a worse school, these are the bottom line of the education process
Yet the board of education, the top line of the education process has never been investigated WHY NOT???eace
